Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and made-to-order products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, size issues, or minor variations in color or weave, as these are inherent to handmade textiles.

However, if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly accept a return and issue a full refund or replacement. To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and photos of the issue must be submitted to support@kaitharistudio.com.

Process for Returns

  • Email our support team at support@kaitharistudio.com with your order details and images of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Once approved, we will share return instructions.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
